Exercise of Options
The Company announces that it has issued, conditional on admission, 7,000 new ordinary shares of £0.0015 each in the capital of URA (the "New Shares"), pursuant to an exercise of share options. The new ordinary shares were issued at an issue price of £0.009 per share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 18 May 2018 ("Admission"). Following Admission, URA will have a total of 267,573,611 ordinary shares of £0.0015 each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in URA.
