Exercise of Options
Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces that Caspar von Veltheim, a director of the Company, has today exercised options to subscribe for 350,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 9p per new Ordinary Share. As set out in the Admission Document, Caspar von Veltheim held options to subscribe for 350,000 new Ordinary Shares which if not exercised would otherwise have expired on 22 July 2014. Caspar von Veltheim is now interested in 854,613 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 21 July 2014.
Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares in issue and the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 826,646,821. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
