Exercise of Option

Tribal Group plc (the "Company") yesterday exercised its put option to transfer the entire issued share capital of Tribal Consulting Limited to Capita Business Services Limited ("Capita"). Reciprocal put and call options were granted to the Company and Capita as part of the sale of the Company's Government and Health businesses, which completed on 28 April 2011.

Accordingly, the Company has transferred the entire issued share capital of Tribal Consulting Limited to Capita and has received a payment from Capita of £2.0 million, in accordance with the principal terms of the disposal as announced on 11 April 2011.
