Executive Share Incentive Plan 2003

The following conditional allocations of ordinary shares of 515/22 pence were made to the following directors of the Company on 21 November 2008 under the terms of the ABF Executive Share Incentive Plan 2003:

George G. Weston 157,203 shares

John G. Bason 104,802 shares

The allocation was made on the basis of an allocation price of 656 pence (being the average of the daily closing mid-market prices for the shares over five consecutive days) in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
