As a result, he will step down from the Board immediately, but will continue toprovide strategic support initiatives across the business. Geoff has made a substantial contribution to the growth of the company over thelast ten years, originally as Managing Director of Barratt Bristol and, morerecently, as the Executive Director responsible for KingsOak, where he hasoverseen the reorganisation and integration of the company's operations.
