Parity Group plc
The Board of Parity Group plc is pleased to announce that it has appointed Suzanne Chase as Executive Director and General Counsel with immediate effect.
Suzanne is a qualified lawyer and a senior executive with extensive legal and commercial experience. Suzanne joined the business as General Counsel on 1 February 2012. Previously she has held the positions of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for Morse plc, Compliance Partner at King Sturge LLP, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of The Big Food Group plc and General Counsel of Wickes plc. She was also a solicitor at D J Freeman.
There are no matters that require to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
