Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) announces that Salvatore Caizzone, ExecutiveVice President (EVP) for the Russia, Middle East and Africa area (RUMEA), and amember of the executive committee, will step down from the position on 1 June2013. Frederic Larmuseau, RB's Senior Vice President North America, willsucceed him in the role and will join the executive committee, effective 1 June2013.

Frederic Larmuseau, who is Belgian, has been with the company for 12 years,during which time he has held a range of marketing and general management rolesin East Asia, Latin America, North America and at RB's global headquarters inthe UK. Most recently he has held the post of Senior Vice President NorthAmerica region. Salvatore Caizzone will stay on at RB for a period to ensure asmooth transition of area leadership to Frederic Larmuseau.
