To reflectthis change, and to further enhance the existing geological strengths within thecompany, the Board is pleased to announce the following appointments: • Mr Dale Rogers has been appointed to the position of Managing Director to lead the Company through the transition from exploration to mining. Current Managing Director, Dr Donal Windrim will take up the role of Executive Director working on exploration strategy, project generation and new business development. • Dr Frazer Tabeart has been appointed to the position of Exploration Manager and will be responsible for directing all nickel exploration projects. • Mr Grant ('Rocky') Osborne, one of the world's leading nickel geologists, has joined the Company as Chief Geologist, on a consulting basis. He will provide key input to the task of locating additional nickel resources on mine development projects, as well as contributing to early-stage regional exploration projects. Managing Director - Mr D. Rogers Following an extensive executive search, Mr Dale Rogers has been appointed asManaging Director of Albidon. Mr Rogers will take over from Dr Windrim who haspreviously held the position of MD. This transition is regarded as essential toensure the introduction of mining skills to Albidon and at the same timecontinue to add value to the company by exploration. The new appointment brings to the Board an MD who is skilled and experienced indevelopment, construction and management of underground nickel mining andprocessing operations. Mr Rogers is a mining engineer with 20 years experience of both underground andopen pit nickel mining and processing operations. These include WMC's (now BHPBilliton's) Mt Keith, Otter-Juan, Long and Lanfranchi nickel mines in WesternAustralia where Mr Rogers held a number of positions, including Mine Manager.More recently Mr Rogers was a member of the Reliance Mining team thatsuccessfully developed the Beta-Hunt nickel project, culminating in the takeoverof Reliance by Consolidated Minerals. Mr Rogers was responsible for the mining engineering component of the MunaliScoping Study and has been managing the Bankable Feasibility Study on theEnterprise Nickel Project at Munali since April of this year. A series of briefings is being planned by Mr Rogers for the near future toprovide investors with an overview of objectives and plans for 2006. Executive Director - Dr D. Windrim Dr Windrim will take on the position of Executive Director with a focus onexploration strategy, project generation and new business development. These areDr Windrim's main areas of expertise and this appointment is designed tostrengthen Albidon's ability to expand and more quickly develop its portfolio ofexploration projects at the same time as rapidly advancing the Enterprise NickelProject. Dr Windrim will work closely with Mr Rogers to ensure the Company's strategicobjectives are met by achieving a balance between mine development andcontinuing exploration. Exploration Manager - Dr Frazer Tabeart Dr Tabeart is a geologist with 17 years experience in mineral exploration inAustralia, Africa and Asia. He has worked on a range of base metal and goldprojects and has held a number of technical and management positions with WMCResources (now BHP Billiton). Before joining Albidon, Dr Tabeart managed allexploration activities for WMC/BHPB on the projects covered by the AfricaExploration Cooperation Agreement with the Company. In addition to his excellent technical abilities, Dr Tabeart has strong projectmanagement skills and these will be directed to ensuring the delivery ofresults-oriented and cost-effective exploration programs on Albidon's largeproject holdings. This position will also have primary responsibility formanaging Joint Venture relationships. Chief Geologist - Mr Grant ('Rocky') Osborne Mr Osborne is widely recognised as one of the world's leading nickel geologists.He has been appointed as consulting Chief Geologist with the aim of boostingAlbidon's technical ability to delineate additional nickel resources on theCompany's advanced projects such as Munali, while at the same time providing theExploration Manager with high quality geological input to the regionalexploration programs. It is expected that this role will occupy about 50% of MrOsborne's time as he has one additional ongoing commitment. Mr Osborne has 26years experience in both mine geology and exploration geology. He has heldsenior technical positions with BP and WMC (now BHP Billiton) in Australia andBrazil. Mr Osborne has an enviable track record as a successful explorer, beingresponsible for the discovery of the Rocky's Reward nickel mine in WesternAustralia (approximately 250,000 tonnes of contained nickel), as well as goldand nickel deposits in Brazil. Mr Osborne is highly skilled in projectgeneration and target selection and will be working closely with Dr Tabeart andDr Windrim in applying these skills to the continued development of Albidon'sportfolio of nickel projects in eastern and southern Africa.
