Chris Moore has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer with fullresponsibility for all executive matters. Mark Pearman will remain a key memberof the Executive Board assuming full responsibility for business development.The Company's ambitious growth plans will be spearheaded by Mark on a globalbasis through a combination of organic and acquisitive means.
