Ocean signs exclusive contract with Southampton City Council
Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT), a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home ("DOOH") advertising in the United Kingdom, is pleased to announce that it has secured an exclusive long-term contract with Southampton City Council to provide the city with enhanced digital roadside, city centre large format advertising screens.
Under the terms of the 10-year contract opportunity, the Company will upgrade and develop all of the Council's existing and new roadside billboards within the city centre, giving advertisers access to the fastest growing and most affluent city in the prime Meridian region. The advertising screens will serve to grow Southampton City Council's revenues, drive environmental standards through targeted public information messages and improve the city's aesthetics.
Delivering on its objective to provide a compelling and impactful network of national urban audiences for advertisers, Southampton marks the Company's expansion into its 12th UK city, as it continues to grow organically and increases its DOOH portfolio across the UK's most strategic locations.
