EXCHANGE RATE FOR CASH DIVIDEND

Hamilton, Bermuda, October 28, 2014 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG) announced on August 26, 2014 that a quarterly cash dividend on its Common Shares of $0.18 per share ("Dividend") be payable on November 25, 2014. For shareholders that have an address in the United Kingdom as of the record date (October 31, 2014), the US dollar to pound sterling rate used to convert the Dividend into pounds sterling will be derived from Bloomberg at 4.00 p.m GMT on November 4, 2014.
