EXCHANGE RATE FOR CASH DIVIDEND

Hamilton, Bermuda, June 30, 2014 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG) announced on June 16, 2014 that a quarterly cash dividend on its Common Shares of $0.18 per share ("Dividend") be payable on August 27, 2014. For shareholders that have an address in the United Kingdom as of the record date (August 1, 2014), the US dollar to pound sterling rate used to convert the Dividend into pounds sterling will be derived from Bloomberg at 4.00 p.m GMT on August 6, 2014.
