EXCHANGE RATE FOR CASH DIVIDEND

Hamilton, Bermuda, January 26, 2015 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG) announced on January 8, 2015 that a quarterly cash dividend on its Common Shares of $0.18 per share ("Dividend") be payable on February 26, 2015. For shareholders that have an address in the United Kingdom as of the record date (January 30, 2015), the US dollar to pound sterling rate used to convert the Dividend into pounds sterling will be derived from Bloomberg at 4.00 p.m GMT on February 5, 2015.
