EXCHANGE RATE FOR CASH DIVIDEND

Hamilton, Bermuda, June 25, 2013 - Signet Jewelers Ltd ("Signet") ("NYSE and LSE") announced on June 18, 2013 that a quarterly cash dividend on its Common Shares of $0.15 per share ("Dividend") be payable on August 28, 2013. For shareholders that have an address in the United Kingdom as of the record date August 2, 2013), the US dollar to pound sterling rate used to convert the Dividend into pounds sterling will be derived from Bloomberg at 4.00 p.m GMT on August 7, 2013.
