Exchange Rate for Cash Dividend

EXCHANGE RATE FOR CASH DIVIDEND

Hamilton, Bermuda, July 27, 2015 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG) announced on June 16, 2015 that a quarterly cash dividend on its Common Shares of $0.22 per share ("Dividend") be payable on August 27, 2015. For shareholders that have an address in the United Kingdom as of the record date (July 31, 2015), the US dollar to pound sterling rate used to convert the Dividend into pounds sterling will be derived from Bloomberg at 4.00 p.m GMT on August 6, 2015.
