EXCHANGE RATE FOR CASH DIVIDEND

Hamilton, Bermuda, May 6, 2015 - Signet Jewelers Limited ("Signet") (NYSE and LSE: SIG) announced on March 26, 2015 that a quarterly cash dividend on its Common Shares of $0.22 per share ("Dividend") be payable on May 27, 2015. For shareholders that have an address in the United Kingdom as of the record date (May 1, 2015), the US dollar to pound sterling rate used to convert the Dividend into pounds sterling will be derived from Bloomberg at 4.00 p.m GMT on May 6, 2015.
