EXPANSYS APPOINTS EX-CARPHONE WAREHOUSE MD AS NEW CEO
The Board of eXpansys plc ("eXpansys" or the "Company") is very pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony James Catterson, age 41, as the Company's new Chief Executive Officer.
Anthony was previously Managing Director of Carphone Warehouse plc's £1bn turnover UK retail business. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Phones 4U, where he grew the business to number 2 in the UK market, and Micro Peripherals Limited, one of the UK's leading technology wholesalers.
Graham Dawber, Chairman of eXpansys, said: "This is a highly strategic appointment for eXpansys. Anthony is an experienced leader with relevant global experience in the retail and wireless sectors. We welcome him and look forward to an exciting future under his leadership."
Anthony joins the Company and the Board with immediate effect.
