EVRAZ Priced 15 Billion Rouble Bond Issue

18 March 2016 - EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) ("EVRAZ") announces that it has priced a 5-year 15 billion rouble bond (approx. US$219 million) at a coupon rate of 12.6% per annum. The bonds are issued by EVRAZ's subsidiary, OOO EvrazHolding Finance, and guaranteed by Evraz Group S.A.

The book was closed on 18 March 2016.

The settlement is expected to be completed on 29 March 2016.

Proceeds from the issue will be used to refinance the EVRAZ's existing debt, thus not increasing the total debt level.

Sberbank CIB, VTB and Rosselkhozbank are acting as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners.
