EVR Delivers Live VR Event Globally.

EVR Holdings plc (AIM: EVRH), the leading creator of virtual reality music content and operator of the MelodyVR platform is pleased to announce that it successfully broadcast its first live streamed VR event utilising MelodyVR's proprietary technology and multiple view point functionality, at 8pm GMT on 19 December 2018.

This first-of-its-kind high resolution virtual reality broadcast, direct from an exclusive concert with global superstar Liam Payne, was made available to an unlimited audience of fans across the globe via the MelodyVR platform, as well as via Facebook Live. In addition, the concert was available to attend in-person by a limited number of Liam's UK-based fans.

The Company is delighted and encouraged by the demand for this event and its live content which was streamed via MelodyVR's channels to 36 countries. Management look forward to delivering further live broadcasts via individual or packaged VR purchases alongside MelodyVR's significant offering of original recorded content, throughout 2019 and beyond.

Liam Payne said: "There are a lot of places around the world I haven't been to, so many fans that haven't seen me perform live, or may never get the chance to, without MelodyVR's technology.
