EverArc and Perimeter Solutions today announced they will host a one-hour investor call on Wednesday, November 3rd beginning at 2 p.m. eastern time. The presentation will be led by EverArc Co-Chairman and Co-Founder W. Nicholas Howley, Perimeter Solutions CEO Edward Goldberg and EverArc Co-Founder Haitham Khouri.

EverArc and Perimeter Solutions previously announced that they had entered into a merger agreement on June 16, 2021.
