Eurotunnel PLC/Eurotunnel S.A.08 April 2005 8 April 2005 Eurotunnel Board decisions At its meeting held today (Friday, 8 April) in Paris, the Joint Board ofEurotunnel agreed to meet on Monday, 25 April, to approve the Group's 2004preliminary results and fixed the date for the first convening of the AnnualGeneral Meetings of Eurotunnel plc and Eurotunnel SA, provided a quorum ispresent for the latter. In the interests of better informing shareholders of the Group's activities themeetings will take place on Friday, 17 June, in Coquelles/Calais (France) andwill be preceded by a tour of the terminal for those who wish to participate.In addition, a shareholder information meeting will be held in London on Monday,20 June. In light of recent progress, Mme. Perette Rey, the President of the Tribunal deCommerce de Paris (the Paris commercial court), has agreed to end theappointment of the Mandataire ad-hoc, Maitre Regis Valliot. This follows ajoint request by the Eurotunnel Joint Board and Maitre Regis Valliot who hadbeen appointed by the court on 30 November 2004. M. Henri Rouanet gave an update on the positive conclusion to his mission tosecure a place for Eurotunnel on the Steering Committee evaluating the proposedfuture Paris/Amiens/London high-speed line. The Joint Board was pleased with thedecision of the French Minister for Equipment, which reinforces Eurotunnel'sposition as a major player in European rail infrastructure.
