European Commission investigation
Synthomer plc ('Synthomer or 'the Company') announces that the European Commission ('the Commission') has recently initiated an investigation into practices relating to the purchase of Styrene monomer by companies operating in the European Economic Area.Accordingly, Synthomer has been included in this investigation. As part of the process, the Commission has visited Synthomer's London office this week.
The Company takes competition laws very seriously and will continue to fully cooperate with the Commission throughout its investigation.
