Euromoney - Total Voting Rights

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC - voting rights and capital update.

In conformity with the requirements of Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC's capital has increased from 128,299,584 ordinary shares with voting rights as previously stated on June 1 2016 to 128,300,992 as a result of the issue of new shares from the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC is 128,300,992.

The above figure (128,300,992) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
