PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2014 AND NOTICE OF 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC has today published the following documents on its website www.euromoneyplc.com:

The printed Annual Report and Accounts were posted to those shareholders who have requested them on or around Monday December 22 2014, together with the circular incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. These documents and web default letter (for those shareholders opting for electronic communications) have been uploaded to the UK Listing Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will be available in two business days.

As required by DTR 6.3.5 (1), we set out below the Directors' responsibilities statement contained within the Annual Report as follows:

Responsibility statement

"Each of the directors confirm that to the best of their knowledge:

· the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the relevant financial reporting framework, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the company and the undertakings included in the consolidation taken as a whole; and

· the Strategic Report and the Directors' Report include a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the company and the undertakings included in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face.

· this annual report and accounts, taken as a whole, is fair, balanced and understandable and provides the information necessary for shareholders to assess the company's performance, business model and strategy."
