Resignation of Director

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC announces that Daniel Cohen, the managing director of its training division, has indicated his intention to step down as an executive director of the Company with effect from September 30, 2014.

Jane Wilkinson, currently group marketing director and CEO of Institutional Investor's publishing activities, and based in New York, will return to London to assume Mr Cohen's responsibilities for running the training division. Ms Wilkinson's responsibilities at Institutional Investor will be taken on by David Antin, currently managing director of Institutional Investor magazine.
