Ethanol Business Update

As previously disclosed, on 25 November 2014 the Company's subsidiaries responsible for its ethanol business, Maple Etanol S.R.L and Maple Biocombustibles S.R.L. (together the "Ethanol Companies"), received a waiver from the senior lenders of the ethanol business (the "Senior Lenders") in respect of the payment obligations under the existing loan agreements for a period of five business days. This waiver has expired and no formal extension has been granted to the Ethanol Companies. However, the Company continues to work with the Senior Lenders to define the steps and actions that will be taken with regard to the Ethanol Companies. The continued working capital support from the Senior Lenders is critical to the Company at the present time.
