ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities - Reduction in Principal Amounts
Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 17 October 2008, 5 November 2008, 24 November 2008, 1 December 2008, 8 December, 2008 and 11 December 2008, notice is hereby given that, following the passing of Extraordinary Resolutions in relation to each class of ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities, a Supplemental Trust Instrument between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. (as trustee on behalf of the holders of ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities) dated 11 December 2008 (the "Supplemental Trust Instrument") has been entered into effecting the reduction in the Principal Amount of each class of ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities from US$5.00 to the new Principal Amount set out in the table below:
