ETFS Commodity Securities Limited announces that the meeting of Security Holders of the Natural Gas Micro Securities, the ETFS Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS All Commodities DJ‑UBSCISM Index Securities and the ETFS Energy DJ‑UBSCISM Index Securities convened for 2 p.m. on 14 December 2010 was adjourned through lack of a quorum until 2 p.m. on 14 January 2011.

A circular convening the adjourned meeting will shortly be posted to the affected Security Holders and a copy of the circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
