Supplemental Trust Instrument

By a Supplemental Trust Instrument between ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. (as trustee on behalf of the holders of Commodity Securities) dated 20 January 2011 (the "Supplemental Trust Instrument") certain changes to the conditions of Commodity Securities have been made.

The change, which was approved by an extraordinary resolution of the holders of the Natural Gas Micro Securities, the ETFS Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS All Commodities DJ-UBSCISM Index Securities and the ETFS Energy DJ-UBSCISM Index Securities ("Affected Security Holders") of the Issuer at the adjourned meeting of the Affected Security Holders which took place on 14 January 2011, is the reduction in the Principal Amount of the Natural Gas Micro Securities from US$0.00000030 to US$0.00000003.

As a result of the change set out above and detailed in the Supplemental Trust Instrument the principal amounts of the following Commodity Securities have also changed as indicated:

·; ETFS Natural Gas Individual Securities - the principal amount has reduced from US$0.30000000 to US$0.03000000;

·; ETFS All Commodities DJ-UBSCISM Index Securities - the principal amount has reduced from US$2.9104380 to US$2.0687983; and

·; ETFS Energy DJ-UBSCISM Index Securities - the principal amount has reduced from US$4.1951887 to US$1.8187921.
