Adjournment of Meeting of Security Holders

ETFS Commodity Securities Limited announces that the meeting of Security Holders of the Natural Gas Micro Forward Securities, the ETFS Forward Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS Forward All Commodities DJ‑UBSCI-F3SM Index Securities and the ETFS Forward Energy DJ‑UBSCI-F3SM Index Securities convened for 10.35 a.m. on 4 January 2012 was adjourned through lack of a quorum until 10.35 a.m. on 25 January 2012.

A circular convening the adjourned meeting will shortly be posted to the affected Security Holders and a copy of the circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
