Adjournment of Meetings of Security Holders

Further to the announcement made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 15 December 2011, the meetings of Security Holders of the ETFS Leveraged Natural Gas Individual Securities, the ETFS Leveraged Lead Individual Securities, the ETFS Short Silver Individual Securities and the ETFS Short Sugar Individual Securities convened for Wednesday 4 January 2012 were adjourned through lack of a quorum and, as specified in the notices of each meeting, will be held on 25 January 2012 at the same respective times as the original meetings and at the same place.

A copy of the circular incorporating the notices of the meetings can be obtained as specified in the announcement dated 15 December 2011.
