Establishment of the Executive Board 

On 23 December 2014 the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") decided to establish an Executive Board for the Company and appoint the following persons to the Board:

1. Petr Vasilievich Baskakov - CEO, Chairman of the Board

2. Vladimir Nikolaevich Drachev - 1st deputy CEO

3. Vladimir Vladimirovich Chisnakov - 1st deputy CEO

4. Anton Viktorovich Lopatin - CFO

5. Viktor Viktorovich Shekshuev - a Deputy CEO

6. Pavel Konstantinovich Chichagov- a Deputy CEO

7. Viktor Nikolaevich Markov - Director for Legal and Property Issues

The members of the Executive Board are appointed for a 3 year term.
