Establishment of employee benefit trust

Tatton Asset Management plc (AIM: TAM), the on-platform discretionary fund management (DFM) and IFA support services business, announces that the Company has established an employee benefit trust (the "EBT"). The EBT is expected to conduct future market purchases of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.20 each in order to, among other things, satisfy potential future option exercises.
