Livermore Investments Group Limited is pleased to announce the incorporation of its branch in the Republic of Cyprus on the 30th of July of 2019 (the "Branch"), pursuant to the Article 347 of the Cyprus Companies Law Cap. 113 and with registration number AE3278 and place of business at 2 Efesou street, EMERALD COAST flat/office 301, 4532 Agios Tychonas Limassol, Cyprus. The Branch has established its tax residency in the Republic of Cyprus.
