ESOT Transaction
The Company announces that the HML Holdings Plc Employees' Share Ownership Trust (the "ESOT") has today acquired 50,500 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39 pence per Ordinary Share, and accordingly holds 437,418 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.96% of the issued share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of these purchase of Ordinary Shares by the ESOT.
