Correction of the Payment Date stipulated in the Convening notice of the Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meetings of Shareholders of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. to be held on 28 April 2021 from the current report published on 23 February 2021

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea S.A., would like to inform shareholders that in the current report published on 23 February 2021 which includes the Convening notice of the Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meetings of Shareholders of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. to be held on 28 April 2021:

- At point 9 on the agenda of the Ordinary General Meetings of Shareholders, instead of "The approval of: (…) The date of 21 June 2021 as the Payment Date, computed in accordance with the provisions of Article 178 paragraph (2) of Regulation no. 5/2018", should be read "The approval of: (…) The date of 22 June 2021 as the Payment Date, computed in accordance with the provisions of Article 178 paragraph (2) of Regulation no. 5/2018".

Attached to this current report is the rectified Convening notice of the Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meetings of Shareholders of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. to be held on 28 April 2021.
