Gold Oil PLC25 August 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 25 August 2006 GOLD OIL PLC ("Gold Oil" or the "Company") Issue of Shares Share Price Movement The Company were advised on 16 August 2006 that a Notice of Exercise of Warrantsfor 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p had been received and accordingly issuedthe appropriate number of ordinary shares. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinaryshares, which will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, to beadmitted to trading on AIM.
