Rostelecom launched its mobile serviceswithin the framework of an MVNO agreement with Tele2 Russia. Going forward, Rostelecom plans to continue developing its 4Play packageofferings (four services from one operator), and in 2017, it intends tointroduce a single bill for fixed and mobile services. The operator willfocus on developing a range of family tariff offerings, including packagesof internet access on multiple mobile devices, as well as a bundle accessto home and mobile internet. In addition, Rostelecom plans to offersubscriber add-on equipment within its service package, as well as sellingsmartphones and tablets on the installment plans. The operator's mobileservices are also available in a bundle with its fixed-linetelecommunications services to its corporate and public sector clients.
