These appointments will come into effect immediately following theapproval of the candidates by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For reference: Mikhail Zadornov Born: May 4, 1963, Moscow.1984: Graduated from Plekhanov Moscow National Economy Institute with adegree in Economics. PhD in Economics. Since July 2005, Mr. Zadornov acts as President - Chairman of theManagement Board of VTB24. Previous positions:1986 - 1988 - postgraduate at the Institute of Economy of the USSR Academyof Sciences.1989 - 1990 - research assistant at the Institute of the Economy, expert ofthe Planning and Budgetary Commission of the USSR Supreme Council, researchassistant at the Institute of the Economy of the USSR Academy of Sciences.1990 - Mr. Zadornov became a member of State Commission for EconomicReforms of the Council of Ministers of the Russian Soviet Federal SocialistRepublic. Gennady Soldatenkov Born in 1952. 1975: Graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute, majoringin Finance and Credit. 1989: Graduated from Moscow Higher Party School, andin 1990 from the Higher Commerce School of the Academy of National Economyunder the USSR Council of Ministers. Since May 2016, Mr. Soldatenkov acts as President - Chairman of theManagement Board of BM Bank.
