EPRA Index Inclusion

Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia" or the "Company") notes the publication of the results of the September quarterly review of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index, EMEA region (the "EPRA Index") and the confirmation it will become a constituent of this index as of 21 September 2015, having met the eligibility criteria.

Kevin Nowlan, Chief Executive Officer, WK Nowlan REIT Management Limited, the Investment Manager, said:
