Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC12 November 2007 PAN PACIFIC AGGREGATES PLC12 November 2007 DELAY IN SUBMISSIONS AND WORKING PLAN FOR EXISTING SOUTHERN QUARRY AREA Further to the news release in August of this year the company continues itsdiscussions on the permitting submissions relating to the Northern quarryingarea and other options with the Provincial Government of BC. During this period, the Sechelt Indian Band and the community have alerted the Provincial Governmentto the possibility of the existence of limestone Karsts (caves) within theproposed submission area, which might have archaeological or First Nationsimportance. Therefore the company will further delay any submission of itsapplication for permitting in this area until this issue is resolved and toestablish whether additional baseline studies need to be undertaken on theseKarsts. In the meanwhile and following further exploration work during the summer withinthe Southern quarrying area, the company will seek to submit a working planwithin the existing mining lease area with the intent to start quarrying thisarea in the near future. The company will continue to update the market in the New Year on the revisedtimetable for the submission of the permit applications in the Northern area andthe working plan for the mining lease in the southern area.
