At the relevant date, the Bank has no knowledge of a change in the number of shares held by Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. ("Clal Insurance Enterprises") however Clal Insurance Enterprises ceased to be an Interested Party in the Corporation due to a decrease in its aggregated holdings together with Clal Finance Ltd. and Epsilon Investment House Ltd., all (indirect) subsidiaries of IDB Holding Corporation Ltd., and due to sale of the holdings of Manor Investments - IDB Ltd. that together with others controls IDB Holding Corporation Ltd.
