Clal Finance Ltd. ceased to be an Interested Party in the corporation due to a decrease of its aggregate over-all holdings (through nostro, related companies and funds) together with Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. and Epsilon Investment House Ltd., all (indirect) subsidiaries of IDB Holding Corporation Ltd., and in addition due to the sale of holdings of Manor Investments - IDB Ltd., which, together with others, controls IDB Holding Corporation Ltd. The price in this report is the price at the close of trading.
