Endeavour Reports Stockholder Voting Results
HOUSTON, June 4 -- Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE-Amex: END) today announced that the company has filed a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission that reports the final results of stockholder voting at its Annual Meeting held May 27, 2010 in Houston, Texas. At the gathering, stockholders approved four proposals outlined in the Form 8-K and fully described in the company's proxy statement filed on April 20, 2010.
