Endeavour Provides Rochelle Field Update

Endeavour Provides Operational Update on the Rochelle Field HOUSTON, Feb. 26, 2014 -- Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE: END) (LSE:ENDV) ("Endeavour" or the "Company") today announced that the valve in theRochelle field that had been stuck in the 'shut' position has now been openedand production is expected to re-commence in the next few days. Following the tie-in of the East Rochelle E2 well, production from Rochellecould not be restarted due to a valve on the outlet side of the East Rochelleproduction manifold that was stuck in the 'shut' position. A diving supportvessel was mobilized on February 22, 2014 and reported this morning that thevalve had been successfully opened. This was confirmed by the observed pressureresponse. The East Rochelle E2 well is expected to be brought on production inthe next few days, followed by the restart of production from the West RochelleW1 well. The Rochelle field came on-line in October of 2013. Endeavour has a 44% workinginterest and the field is located in UKCS Blocks 15/26b, 15/26c and 15/27.
