Endeavour Completes Redemption of 6% Senior Notes
HOUSTON, April 26, 2011 -- Endeavour International Corporation is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced redemption of all of its outstanding $81.25 million of 6% Senior Notes due 2012 (the "Notes".) The Company redeemed the Notes pursuant to their terms at 100% of their principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.
