Termination of the Offer Period
CareCapital Group Plc (AIM: CARE), a healthcare real estate developer and investor in the UK and in Germany, announces that following initial discussions with a number of potential bidders no formal offers, for the Company as a whole, have been proposed, made, or are still being considered and as a result the Company is no longer in an offer period for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. A variety of proposals have been made by third parties concerning the purchase and financing of parts of the Company's real estate portfolio and development pipeline. These are being evaluated by the Board and its advisors.
