Chariot (UK) PLC06 December 2006 For immediate release6 December 2006 Chariot (UK) plc ("Chariot" or the "Company") ENDING OF OFFER PERIOD On 9 November 2006 the Board of Chariot announced that, following its tradingupdate announcement on 17 October which referred to poor ticket sales, the Boardhad received a number of proposals for the Company including: the disposal ofassets by the Company; an investment in the Company; and a possible offer forthe entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company. The Board has now ceased all discussions regarding a possible offer for theCompany's shares and therefore, under the rules of the City Code, the offerperiod has ended. The Board is continuing to evaluate the other proposals received from a numberof parties which relate either to the disposal of the Company's assets or to aninvestment in the Company. In the event that the Company is unable to dispose of any of its assets or doesnot receive further funding the Board may need to consider an orderly wind downof the Company's operations.
