Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group PLC12 October 2007 For release at 7.00 Friday October 12th 2007 Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc End of Merger Discussions On 08 August 2007 Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc ("the Company") announcedthat it had entered into non binding heads of agreement relating to a proposedmerger with SMC Group Plc ("SMC") and that the discussions were at an earlystage. The Company today announces that it has been unable to agree satisfactory termswith SMC for a merger and those discussions with SMC have ceased. In its trading update on 25 September 2007 the Company announced that tradinghas remained strong and accordingly the Company expects to report results forthe year ended 30 September 2007 in line with current forecasts.
