EN+ GROUP IPJSC ANNOUNCES RECEIPT OF CERTIFICATE OF DISCONTINUANCE
23 August 2019 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (formerly EN+ GROUP PLC) (the "Company") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL) further to the announcement made on 9 July 2019 regarding its continuance as a legal entity established under the laws of the Russian Federation (the "Continuance") (available at: https://www.enplusgroup.com/up-load/iblock/456/En+%20Group%20continuance%20ENG.pdf) announces that on 22 August 2019 the Company received the Certificate of Discontinuance from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
